1. PAYMENT
Payment is to be made in cheque payable A.J's DISCOTHEQUES and sent to the address enclosed 14 days prior to the function . Hourly Rate after (see front of Contract) will be payable in cash at the start of each additional hour, this is not obligatory.  

INSTALLATION
Where possible AJ's undertake to arrive at the venue approx 1 hour before the start time stated overleaf, allowing an hour for installation. For smaller shows it will be 1/2hr Please note as an additional service, early or daytime set up can be arranged. A Price will be quoted at time of enquiry . . Please note there is an additional charge for the disco to be set up where stairs lead to another floor. Failure to advise will result in additional payment being made at time of arrival.  

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
We will require at least 1 240v 13amp mains supply on a minimum 30 amp trip, 5 Metres from where you expect us to set up. It is the responsibility of the hirer to arrange for electrical supply.  

BUILDING ACCESS
The hirer is responsible for building access and we accept no liability for any access problems. It is the hirer's responsibility to arrange for suitable parking facility for 1 vehicle once equipment has been unloaded. This vehicle can not be parked on a parking metre, High Street or multi storey car park due to security  

INSURANCE
AJ's hold the hirer responsible for any building insurance liability resulting from this occasion. A.J's is a member of ‘The performing Arts Group Public Liability scheme.' The contract provides a limit of indemnity of £1 million in respect of any one occurrence or all occurrences arising out of one original cause.  

PUBLICITY
AJ's agree to the use of our name on tickets and promotional material.  

CANCELLATION
Should cancellation be requested for any reason, AJ's reserve the right to 50% of the original booking fee. Should cancellation be requested with in 14 days from date of function AJ 's reserve the right to the FULL BOOKING FEE. A.J's also reserve the right to bookings and time scales.

DAMAGE
AJ's reserve the right to seek costs for equipment damage, caused by ‘party guests' during the period of hire.  

LICENCES
The hirer shall be responsible for obtaining all applicable licences and permission to hold the function and will be liable for any claims or loss of expense, suffered by AJ's in the absence of any licence.  

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE
AJ's accept no responsibility for any damage or loss caused to the hirer or any guest, caused by any nature whatsoever, including equipment failure of power interruption or unauthorised person.  

UNAUTHORISED ACCESS
The hirer is responsible for ensuring that no persons of unauthorised nature are allowed access to areas, which contain electrical cables or electrical equipment.


DJ's
Please note there are a number of DJ's within the team of AJ's . Please specify if you have a particular DJ you require. We cannot guarantee any DJ but all efforts will be made to meet your requirement.  


MUSIC
If specific music requirements have been sent, it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure music lists have been received by AJ's.
